Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you! I have grown up in a family where wine and food are the center of everything. My grandparents Marc and Nancy Roland opened Roland Wines in 2008; I went to work for them as soon as I could! Crushing grapes, bottling and labeling wine, helping put together beautiful spreads for private events - I fell in love with every aspect of the work. By age 17 my mind was set: catering was my dream job.
I headed to Bellingham in 2018 to study business at Western Washington University. A couple years later I was fortunate to have the opportunity to carry on a charcuterie business started by Alice Deitz, called Boardfox. It could not have come at a more perfect time, as I was ready to start my own company and she was ready to pass hers on. My goal is to grow this into a full time catering and event business.
